NICE TO MEET YOU!

As a little boy allready, my biggest passions in life were cooking and music. I am very excited to be able to combine these passions in my project “Sabors de BES” and that in the place where I lost my heart, the beautiful island of Ibiza. I am super excited and feel very privileged to work with the freshest, local, natural ingredients the island has to offer.
My recipes are unique and I strive to offer the best service possible to my guests.
I love fermenting and creating healthy, yummy food. Homebrewn ginger beer, home-infused spirits, homemade sourdough bread, it's all in my menus! Homemade is what I stand for.
In everything that I do, I want to be passionate, reliable, creative and hard-working.
I want to offer the full Ibiza culinary experience in the comfort of your home. With my sharing plates concept, I want to create a true meditteranean feast at your home.
Next to my food menus, I also offer a nice selection of local wines.
Feel free to contact me for more information or to create the perfect menu for you and your guests. Food preferences or allergies are no problem for me and it'll be my pleasure to create a special menu for your little ones.
I complete the experience with some musical vibes that I created to spice up the mood as I am also a resident DJ in the best beachclubs and restaurants Ibiza has to offer for more than 15 years allready.
After the service, I return the kitchen as I received it and fill up the dishwasher for you, so you don't have to worry about anything. I take care of everything!
My focus is on local, organic ingredients. I grow my own vegetables and herbs in my garden, all other ingredients come from local farms and markets and everything that comes to the table is homemade. From the farm to your table, I strive to work with the freshest locally grown ingredients. KM0 products including the freshest fish, the tastiest meat and fruits and vegetables from Ibiza's campo.  In the rare occasion that some ingredients are not available or don't approve to my high quality standards, I will provide substitutes.
